ALL FILLINGS, EXCEPT FOR FUDGE AND CANNOLI, are mixed with a small amount of buttercream to prevent shifting.

We offer combinations of cake and fillings.

Our Buttercream Roses are hand-made and we’ll match your color swatch. Leaves are usually pale green, but you can choose white, dark green, silver or gold leaves.

We have several Ornaments to choose from for the top of your cake. Fresh flowers are always a nice option. Consult your florist.
