Ordering

We currently do not take cake orders online.  Cake orders must be placed in the store or over the phone.  We stop taking next-day cake orders at 2 PM the day before, and we need advance notice for different types of cakes.  We take limited amounts of special buttercream, tier, and fondant cakes, so we advise calling first to check availability for your desired date.

You can call our store during our business hours and place same-day orders for cakes and pastries.  We stop taking custom cake orders around 8-8:30 AM each morning, but we are happy to put aside one of our pre-made store cakes for you.  We request at least 1 hour’s notice for same-day orders so we can package your items.  Same-day orders CANNOT be placed online.

We stop taking orders for the next day at 2 PM.  If you need something for the next day, make sure to call/go online/come in before 2 PM- otherwise you can come by the store the next day and see if we have what you need.  We start each day with a full store, but items do sell fast so we suggest coming in early for the best selection.

You can get custom pricing by calling the store, coming in, or requesting a cake quote online.  Any of our store clerks can give you a quote for regular whipped cream and buttercream cakes and for the special buttercream cakes that are pictured on our website.  If you are looking for something beyond that, you will need to request a cake quote online or call and a manager will get back to you with a quote.  We request at least 48-72 hours to get back to you with online quotes.  Quotes given by managers over the phone can also take up to 24 hours depending on the day, so we do suggest planning ahead when it comes to custom cakes and products.

Online orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.  If you’re placing a cake or pastry order in store or over the phone, the order typically does not need to be prepaid if it is under $100.  If you want to take advantage of our walk-up pickup, you will need to pay for your order ahead of time.  We do require deposits and prepayments for holiday orders.  Fondant cakes and custom cookie orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.  We require a 33% deposit on all tier cake orders at the time of ordering as well.
